Shanghai City Opens Foreign Talent Service Center

Shanghai has opened its first community-level foreign talent service center, where expats can get help with any visa-related questions as well as general info about living and working in the city.

Located in Gubei, Changning District, foreigners can use the community-level service to apply for working permits and even get introduced to aspects of Chinese culture.
